They're always trying out great new recipes...Latest invention is to die for - guacamole w/ pancetta & strawberries...yum!- Cochinito! Tastiest braised marinated pork on bed of broiled tomatoes, cotija and banana leaf w fresh, hand made soft tortillas w purist margarita, fresh squeezed lime sweetened with agave.
