    Very good traditional dishes and cheap lunch menus until 18:00 (5€ - soup, main course and desert). The architecture is beautiful and the stuff is very friendly.

    Traditional place. I ordered Ciorba de Legume and pork ribs and it were very good. However I saw a pork leg in the next to table and that it's the dish. Their beer Caru cu Bere is standard. A must.

    I advise the T-bone, Delicious! But do not forget to order some side dish. The house wine in any variation (red, white or rose) also wonderful!

    Very nice traditional plates. During summer tables outside too!!! Inside very nice ambience. Decoration excellent. Also tables on the basement!!! Crowded. No reservations!

    Aunque el restaurante mas antiguo de Bucarest se haya convertido en un "atrapaguiris" (especialmente por sus camareras escotadas) no deja de ser el referente de la cocina tradicional de la ciudad.

    Best traditional Romanian restaurant in Bucharest. Both locals and tourists love this place, food is great, service is professional and food is ready very quickly even if the place is full.

    Average service. Good food. Fantastic ambience. Worth going for the experience alone. Get a table in the main dining area or upstairs.

    You must book a table in advance because it's very crowded. Tasty traditional Romanian food, friendly waiters and entertaining atmosphere due to the music and the dancers.

    Good traditional food, best to go for weekday lunch, it’s a great value for 24 lei. They have live music and in the evening there are dance performances.

    Very noisy and they give you the impression that you delay eating and you keep the table from the next to come .... but is a must and you must visit once. Great house beer by the way :)

    Sarmalute in foi de vita servite cu mamaliguta, smantana si ardei iute; mixed minced meat rolled in cabbage served with polenta, sour cream and chili pepper is really great!!

    The oldest German beer hall in Bucharest, serving hearty German and Romanian food. Very meat heavy, strong beer, and cheap prices. They also have free Wi-Fi.

    Great atmosphere. A must-see dinner location for any tourist, though you will find the place packed with locals enjoying traditional Romanian food and music.

    Such an experience. We went for Breakfast and it was good and fair. They say it is usually very busy during lunch and dinner though during breakfast, it was empty

    Müthiş güzel bir restaurant. Geniş bir menü ile yerel yemeklerin yanında muhteşem ızgara yemekler var. Misal, fırında ördek ayağı tavsiye edilir.

    The ambience is great! Looks like a museum at the ground level and is so Boheme!!! However, the food quality was way low for the way it looks and contradictory with the outstanding service.

    Best Hungarian goulash ever. You need to drink the home made beer as well. Good mix of tourists and locals on an old but well preserved beautiful building.

    The restaurant looks like a castle, mostly like Peles Castle and has some great Romanian food, wouldn’t be my first choice for dinner in Bucharest, but totally recommended if you’re a tourist.

    Fiyatlar biraz uçuk ama yemekler çok lezzetli. Lokal lezzetleri tatmak isteyenler buraya. Sebze çorbası içmeden gitmeyin. Anne çorbası gibi.

    Chicken legs with tomatos and garlic sauce and papanas was quite delicious. This time service was faster than usual. The ambiance and dance show were good except noise. Still a "must see"

    The restaurant is very beautiful inside but you MUST book a table as it gets extremely busy! The food is traditional Romanian, quite good, wasn't over-thrilled.

    If you're in hurry don't go there! The service is extremely slooow😱😴 The food is simple but tasty, homemade beer is very good. If you still have time to wait order a papanash, a local dessert

    Great food, great entertainment and reasonably priced but they need to ban smoking. I came home feeling like I had smoked 20 cigarettes. Come on Romania, it's 2013 and smoking is disgusting !

    The restaurant is probably the most beautiful in Bucharest. The food is also very good. The service however is very slow, it is clear that they are overwhelmed, hence long waiting times for everything

    one of the best traditional restaurants in old city also known as lipscani. the beaf soup and beaf meal was perfect, I recommend it.

    "mititei", and "bulete de cascaval" (cheese balls). The atmosphere is awesome, the food and beer good! Dont miss the place!

    Good national dishes, espesially traditional soups. Awful salads! Salad with tuna had spoiled ingredients (olives). Service-nothing special, as in regular cafe. Prices higher then in better restorants

    Excellent restaurant. You have to make a reservation. The food is excellent! With live music and dancers! Love it!!!

    So good historical restaurant, but nerde some air condition for the people inside. Beer is perfect and the food, especially sarmale. Monday there's no show unfortunately.
