    Horrible customer service! the wind seeker was stuck for over an hr As a result all the rides in the park were shut down. Even after every1 was let off the park did not reopen. NO REFUNDS WERE GIVEN!

    Before you go, either goto the Bi-Lo up the road in Charlotte on South Tryon ti buy your tix or goto Burger King on Tryon to get a $15 off coupon on Medium or large drinks!

    Pass holder line has been insane. They require you to do it before entry now instead of before you leave that day which makes it very slow.
