    The baristas were extremely rude and would not accept the FourSquare deal, arbitrarily making up that the special starts at 2pm when I tried ordering at 1:30pm. Won't be giving them business.

    Unbelievably ghetto staff. Awful food. Unfortunate, Times Sq location that doubles as a rest stop for tourists. At the very least, the interior isn't too bad. Free wifi

    So rude! Was excited to use my check-in special and the employees just stared at me. My friend wanted gluten-free options and they rudely told him they didn't have anything. Prob won't be back.

    Tip for the staff. If your till system goes down tell the customers waiting in line what's going on instead of standing there doing nothing

    Service is poor. The staff is ignorant and unhelpful, borderline rude. The coffee and food are ok. The deco is nice.

    This place is terrible. Avoid. Poor service, dry sandwiches, and given a salad with no fork because they ran out... And no option to return the salad.
