Leave time to tour Marvel Cave... It's free with SDC admission and is amazing!
Buy a ticket and use it the first day after 3pm and still have access to the park the next day! I bought a 2-day pass and used this technique to attend the park on three consecutive open days!
If you arrive after 3:00 pm, you get in the next day for free. The park closes at 1000 pm during the summer.
Take the tour it is worth the $14.50 per Adult - only 4 tours per day - 10, Noon, 2 and 4 - informative and you go inside the Dam! Film in the visitor center is Free!
Fabulous area. The 5 and 10 cent store is a must see! They have so many items.
