    Brick's BX class is like Crossfit meets Barry's Bootcamp. HIIT intervals, great music, and a ton of switching up circuits for a full body, sweat-drenched workout.

    B | X class was great until they changed it into a "team" format. You spend half the class "resting" but not an active recovery.
