Some of the best food in the neighborhood. Try the schnitzel. It’s a godsend.

M Reilly-Brooksพฤศจิกายน 13, 2018Great traditional Czech/Slovak food. Loved the apps (sausage, steak tartar, pate, roasted beets). Entrees great too (duck, trout, lamb shank, veal schnitzel). Beer of course. Desserts were ok.
If you want a great schnitzel at a reasonable price, this is the place. Unexpected gem on the upper east side.

Always quality food and great beer, spirits selection. My to go place around all major holidays
Hearty Czech dishes (we tried goulash, svíčková, pickled cheese) were delicious and so was the fresh and crispy Pilsner Urquell with proper foamy head.
