    Best service department ever. Even if you wait, drinks and food are complementary in a nice clean and classy "cafe"/waiting room. They even have iPads to loan while you wait!

    Bring your laptop or tablet computer and be sure to ask for the wireless access code while waiting for service -- or use one of 2 computers they have available.

    There's a diner within walking distance, but charge up your Android and maybe bring a spare battery is you're coming in for service. Good thing Androids can swap batteries.

    Horrendous service department. What we were told was going to take 1-1.5 hrs took 4. Waited for service shuttle for over 40 mins after many unanswered calls. And they don't take Amex. Go elsewhere.

    AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP - negotiated a reasonable deal on a X3, then when I questioned a $500 discrepancy in the tax amount on the deal sheet, they became extremely rude, belligerent and defensive.

    Service is unbelievably slow. No respect for appt times and no consideration for your time

    Watch the bills. Example-- service rep advised by text that a headlight bulb flickered. I authorized bulb replacement, which cost $15.15. Billed for $82.50 for an electrical analysis.
