Very nice, accommodating staff. Free tuk-tuk drop off in town, complimentary fast WiFi, free breakfast. The only negative is the dirt road leading up to the hotel. It can get messy during rainy season

Basically moved into this hostel when I was traveling round Europe. Now I live in Berlin I often go just for a bit of nostalgia. I also met Ethan Craft from Lizzie Mcguire here so yeah, good times.
Tasteful place. Modern, spacious and clean rooms. Staff is very helpful. She suggested to bring us breakfast because we wouldn't make the normal hours.
Location and swimming facilities (beaches, pool, jacuzzi) 😍 food, food variety 😕. There is a small pizza place (500 m) that does ok food if you want something else.

Wonderful location! The spa is ok but Poisa da D. Beija is unbeaten! Service at the restaurant is awful at any meal. Young staff not prepared and reluctant to advice or especial orders. Food is ok.
If you're staying overnight, go to the training and bring everything they suggested. Arrive early to try the exterior slide before it closes 9pm. The bar closed 15 mins earlier than we were told!

We felt spoiled and everything is taken care of for you. We stayed 6 nights and I truly feel recharged. The rooms are wonderful, cabanas at the pools are comfy with thick towels etc. Don't wanna go!!

Very good place to stay while in Ubud. Banana jaffle for breakfast ist delicious, Location is calm, rooms are clean. Good value for the price. Bonus: they will soon have a pool.

Small (but clean) rooms, old building, breakfast buffet is expensive, personal at the reception is not competent, speak really bad English and not helpful.
Die Lage ist Super - 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Tram- (Linie 5) und Metrohaltestelle Van Boshuzenstraat. Mit Linie 5 kann man direkt Hauptbahnhof und auch fast jeder Highlight der Stadt erreichen!

The service of the staff is what "saves" this hotel. The hotel is quite old, we could not bath in the sea in four days as the waves were just too hard. However, the view is AMAZING! Ask for a suite!
