Try the beetroot carpaccio or the croquettes for starters; for the main the tartare (au couteau) is great as well as the spetzel (winter only) and the blood pudding. They also have veggie options
C'est la carte d'automne au CO2 : foie gras poêlé à la vanille, saint Jacques rôties, râbles de lièvre aux épices du trappeur, et toujours l'ardoise de tapas para picar à partager... que du bon !!!
