Emily: Best beer bar, ever. Get snacks, too (sausages are v good). I know there's another location as well and there might even be more locations now... but this location is special, it feels like you're in an underground indoor pool.
Emily: Have heard incredible things about this spot — the owner / head chef, Rosio Sanchedz, seems awesome... I think she used to work at Noma? And she collaborated on the Noma pop-up in Tulum with Rene Redzepi... this is her taco joint. Pls go and tell me how it is.
Emily: Stunning library. Just go inside and walk around a lil.
Emily: I follow this place on Instagram... and the pastries look absolutely insane (https://www.instagram.com/thecorner_108/) — check them out for yourselves beforehand. Also pls go and pls tell me how it is.
Emily: Amazing-seeming natural wine shop and bar... they have this seating under the bridge that looks incredible. Not sure if it's seasonal or what... so maybe look into it, but it seems to be where all the hip foodie types are hanging out these days, FWIW.
Emily: This is the restaurant that's operating out of the Noma space (beautiful) until it re-opens. I've heard great things... it's severely more casual, serves Danish-influenced food, and there's a focus on beer, too.
Emily: If you want to try smørrebrød (which is in most cases, not very good) this is the place to try it. Theirs are delicious.
