BodyPump w/ Tracy & Pete is an awesome workout, friendly to all levels of fitness. Instructors are great at making sure you're maintaining form w/o making you feel inadequate. Worth the 30 mile trip!
There's no smoking allowed here so thats great. The pricing here is decent and the guys that run this pool hall usually allow you to choose your table. On a scale of 1-10 I give this place a 9.5 !
