Wayne Surber: Cool view of the city. Nice small park.

Wayne Surber: If you can get in to visit one of the businesses, walk around or down to the piers. Views you've probably never (rarely) seen.

Wayne Surber: Ask for Ben! Terrific affordable wine selection and expert knowledge. I always leave with a case. You get a big %.
