Nothing terribly fancy, and the rooms are a bit small, but it's a nice hotel for like 160-200/night. They have a shuttle to take you around but most stuff is walkable
All of the terminals have made big improvements for food/drink options and ambiance. Transportation is still a disaster. Grab and Uber or lyft from the departures level

Great place to stop for lunch from the slopes. Everything was good, but the jagerschnitzel was our favorite.
Great Mexican food at good prices. Only beer and wine but they have agave wine cocktails. Chile rellenos was delish
Great hand rolls. Simple menu... if you've been to sugar fish, it's the same hand rolls. Lobster roll is particularly delicious
