Sara Ruh and I took Angela @Zumba class and it was a rocking party. I sweated so much I could not see. She is a superstar and blessing to American Family Fitness. All levels can participate. #RVA- Great gym and very family friendly. Love how they support our daughter with a disability. Wonderful instructors and staff plus great class choices.
- Deeanna's Yin #Yoga is excellent. Want deep tissue stretch then go to her class. Loves the stretches against the wall.
- Best fitness programs Ib Richmond. Try @zumba and @bodypump. Great for families.
- Sara and Just took a great @Zumba class with and Alex. What an amazing team. Can not wait for the Day of Dance on Sat.
- Want a great work out take Angela @Zumba toning class. It is only 45 minutes but she gave us a great workout.

Everyone gets a free consultation with a personal trainer! Its basically a free workout the right way, check it out!
Body Combat w/ Brett at 10:15am & w/ Bobbi at 11:30am = The Best!!! So worth it!!- Angela's @Zumba toning or regular classes are awesome.
- The men's room sauna has been upgraded with newer and better equipment!
