Elcin Temel: One of the coolest cafes in Berlin. Super friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, delicious foods and most of all not expensive.

Tobias Wacker: Best currywurst in Berlin! There's a grumpy proprietor, spicy curry sauce and a €4.50 special for wurst, fries and drink. Win.

David Chaplin: delicious handcut chips and big greasy burgers. Pairs well with a raucous hangover.

David Noël: Excellent coffee shop close to Checkpoint Charlie. They carry Five Elephant coffee, have a nice selection of magazines and provide space for working. More Soho than Mission. Great spot.

Hertje B.: Delightful food and lovely service. Soups are great, Pastrami is delicious, cheesecake is a dream. Can get crowded at lunchtime.
