you have 2 hours to finish as much as you can. i must mention that you cook most of the items yourself, so impute that into your time estimates.
all items were good. i suggest you take your time, take a mouthful's worth of food for each food station (seriously) so you will be able to taste as much of the buffet as possible.
smoked ribs, pork and chicken. all were good. what was the best (in my opinion)? their mashed potatoes. but reserve early. or be prepared for an hour wait for a table.
Get the feel of friendly rural folk. If you're coming from Vegas & had an early start to go to Grand Canyon West, this is a perfect place to stop & have breakfast.
An hour or two after noon should give you enough shade to walk between the buildings.
