It's a great gym for normal people to work out. There are no meat heads if you know what I mean. It's never too crowded and the owner I think she is, is very nice. So check it out!!- Bike riding is a great cardio option for some of us suffering with lower extremity issues. Old injuries be damned!!!
- Coming soon strength training for pole fitness enthusiasts. Day and late evening sessions. Join ABS and practice pole techniques without the high prices normally associated with pole classes.
