Beautiful museum really puts into perspective the events that day. I recommend going solo and spending up to 2 hours there. The gift shop is incredibly tacky for such a sensitive location.

Can’t imagine it s 17 years past, i still grieve to read all the tragedy. Deeply condolences for the loss of their family and loved ones 😢
