Nicolas Evensพฤษภาคม 23, 2015Went to 86th around 6pm for a while, then waited sunset on 102nd. It was marvellous even if quite crowded. 102nd has windows, don't expect great shots from up there, but the view is just great.
Philipp Zมกราคม 21, 2016Less traffic in the evening and on clear days much better with the lights switch on. Safe the extra $20 for the 102nd floor as it will not add much value. The height difference is to little.

safia rกันยายน 3, 2016I think this is actually the 102nd floor..? Enclosed and not windy, and the view is not too different from the 86th floor. I'd say visiting the 86th floor is good enough!
