    Friendly staff and nice,clean rooms. Not far from the grand canyon and you can take the bus from the city to the park if you have an admission ticket.The buffet at the restaurant was okay, basic food.

    Very shocked about previous bad reviews, had good size room with a comfy king size bed and soft bath towels. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and specially the staff at the reception, so friendly and funny!

    Great rooms and great staff! The bed was comfy and the rooms were clean. The food at the restaurant was a little sub par, but there's plenty of options in town!

    We had great time in this hotel. They offer free spa, great WiFi, clean rooms and more. + very close to the canyon itself.

    Hôtel confortable dans sa gamme de prix. Très belle salle à manger et bar donnant dans un jardin intérieur très sympathique. Chambre calme, wifi gratuite.

    BED BUG Alert: I went home with bites all over my stomach and legs. I spent the next 2 days after my weekend in the Grand Canyon de-bugging all of my luggage and clothing.

    Wifi has been improved (or maybe our room is just located near the lobby), staff is helpful and room was dated but clean. No LCDTV hey, this isnt Vegas you know.. Just good price/quality room

    I will be less upset if the hotel costed half of its current price. Probably one of the worst hotels I've ever been. Trust all the bad reviews out there. They are all true.

    Room was small, TV was fuzzy, and there was food from someone else left in the mini fridge (gross!) The place has no bar and an insanely over-priced restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    Yeah, buffet is still average, but only $12. Probably the best breakfast you can get in Tusayan, unfortunately.

    Nothing at all. Horrible, overpriced but cheap motel. 1.5 star is what it really is. Bad reviews are 100% accurate. The good ones are fake. Stains everywhere, very unclean.

    Our room was unfortunately very dirty upon arrival (not hoovered, filthy under the bed). The restaurant is absolutely horrible. For dinner, go to the Best Western bar in level -1.

    Very bad place. Extremely expensive for the service they provide. You only pay for the closeness to Grand Canyon. Service very bad.

    Wifi - guest/Noel. As others have said nothing special. Beds are pretty bad and sleeping on the floor might be more comfortable.

    Watch out for the 15% service charge automatically added half way down the restaurant bill. They still ask for a tip at the bottom.

    Only one pros - located close to Canyon. Hotel just horrible. Tusayan horrible too. Nothing to do here. Best place in town is market at Texaco gas station. Don't stay here.

    It is nice because it is so close to the canyon - the hotel itself gets a rousing meh. Nothing special.
