    The contact number for My Laundromat in Shorewood is incorrect. It has our office number on it, however we haven't owned that building for 9+ years. Please remove the 223-3443 number ASAP.

    Tonight I opened the lid of a washer here and saw a cockroach. I AM NOT JOKING.. I was taken off guard and just about screamed and I assure you i will NEVER go back to this place to wash my clothes.

    Lost $4 in machine. Called # got return call 1.5 hrs later. Manager was RUDE said if I READ directions I wdlnt lose money. NO refund NO courtesy. Even if it was my fault, the guy was a total jerk

    Change machine took $5 w/o giving me change. Left a message on the number listed on the change machine, no response. Called a couple days later, very rude response, no refund. Will not return.
