    Corn fritters are worth the visit. Lots of stuff to look at if you are into antiques. Bring lots of quarters for the kids. Also check out the small petting zoo in the back of the parking lot.

    There's a lot to look at, they even have a petting zoo! The chicken was alright, but the sides are unforgettable! Yummy corn fritters, pickled beets and apple slaw!

    Love the fried chicken and corn fritters! Best country style restaurant in IL. Great for families, groups or just to satisfy a craving for southern home cooking type food.

    Family style fried chicken, appetizers, and your choice of potatoes runs you only $15. Awesome spot for a group, albeit out of the way.

    Had the carry-out in Downers Grove before and thought we'd give the restaurant a try. The food and atmosphere were pretty good, but overall it wasn't a "great" experience.

    The food is served family style and everything is provided. The best part is you don't have to clean up after yourself!!

    Good chicken, needs some spice, but go for the sides: corn fritters are delish and the home made bean salad is like potato salad, but even better.

    no options for people with food allergies Almost all their food has some kind of corn product in them They don't have honey?they don't offer baked chicken $13 dollars for 2 chicken strips. Thumbs down

    Chicken has a bad after taste, like oil is not being changed in fryer. Corn fritters are the only edible item. Dirty, dusty, musty out of date decor.

    Save your money and go to KFC instead. Plain, tasteless chicken; the corn fritters were awesome though
