Get there min 10 minutes early for check in I recommend 20-30 minutes early especially in the morning commute.

You don't need to check in on the first floor anymore, just head straight to your doctor's office!

For out of state Blue Card they bill Premera instead of Regence. Any chance the Premera reimbursement is higher? They make more money by sticking the patient with a higher out of pocket.
