Go to Jen Durans class! Other teachers also v good but Jen is the most challenging and creative in my opinion. Jenna Hussey will give lots of corrections which is great too.
Mala broth too spicy for me but the black bone chicken broth was amazing and restorative. Get two broths and make one meat one veggie if you are with veg friends.This place will be perfect in winter!
Sesame balls very good and greasy but not enough bean paste inside! Buns really yummy - I want to try the zongzi. Go first thing in the morning on your way to work
So the retro 'theme' is silly, but the burgers are solidly delicious! I got the Menotomy 1/2 lb burger with cheddar - perfectly cooked, juicy, hit the spot. Hope this place stays in business!
