"Good gym overall.Fancy equipment but lacking some major equipment such as Smith machine,Roman chair,their lower body equipment is okay also,they just need to put in 2-3 more machines for leg exercises"

"Best hours are between 5am-11am , gets too crowded after 4-5pm on weekdays along with the crowd class drastically dropping after that time also . try sticking to early morning hours."
