Impossible to find, but more than worth it if you do. Excellent pastas and fritto misti. The furthest thing from a tourist trappino (and in Venezia that's saying something).
Possibly my favorite meal in Italy this trip. Every dish was fantastic - artichoke with parmigiano, porchetta, crepes filled with potatoes, fillet wrapped in bacon, cheese plate to finish. Heavenly.
Delicious and memorable lunch tucked away on a quiet street in Castello. Fresh seafood, gnocchi, spaghetti neri, and a bottle of vino biancho - just make sure to snag a table outside in the garden.
Consistently delicious Italian in the heart of Carroll Gardens. Brooklyn vibe, cavatelli, meatballs, good wine, garden - can't go wrong.
