Not looking for the traditional sushi then I recommend the Wagyu surf & turf. Nice mix of Wagyu beef and tempura shrimp.
Nice concept with using corn meal instead of dough for the crust. Tried the corn pizza half and half. The sausage is by far better than the pepperoni. Both are great though.
