Eric Kaun: Get the Louisiana Bayou Benedict. Amazing combination of flavors. Also the corned beef hash is huge and delicious.

Adam Burk: My favorites: vegan mac and cheese, miso tempeh wrap, sprouts bowl, and any of the breakfast sandwiches subbing tofu and tempeh for the egg and cheese + veggie homefries.

Chris Cavs: Make sure you have the corned beef hash. Best I've ever had.

Visit Maine: Great museum with new exhibits and a fantastic permanent collection. Free admission on Fridays is a nice perk, too. Make sure to check out the local galleries along Congress Street and in the Old Port

Stephen Crowley: Local links on butter toasted New England style rolls (not to mention some local brew on tap). Try the BBQ Banger with the Blue Fin Stout.

Tara M: This is always a First Friday stop for me. Their exhibits are cool!

Abbey Road Taxi of Portland: Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (1807–1882), grew up in the house and went on to become one of the most famous men of his time.
