    Beautiful Hotel.. Located just a boat ride away from Epcot & Hollywood Studios. 5min walk to the Disney Boardwalk as well. Pool is beautiful and the restaurants inside the hotel are great!

    Fountain is a great place to eat with kids. Their burger is great, but a little messy. Plenty of exciting things to see throughout the whole resort. You're able to see Epcots fireworks at night.

    Breakfast at Picabu is ridiculously overpriced. Take a walk to the bakery at the boardwalk for a slightly less expensive breakfast of fresh sticky buns and danishes.

    At the end of the stay we were charged off fairly large amounts. We have a second month of contact with customer support and can not help us. I would not advise you to stay at this hotel!

    Muy bueno! Diferentes opciones de comida, perfecta ubicación. Pertenece a Disney pero no lo administran ellos por lo que pierdes detalles de otros hoteles (magic band y ambiente de personajes)

    This place is a value when you consider the prices at the other hotel on Boardwalk. It is also walking distance from EPCOT and Hollywood Studios!

    Ficamos num quarto comum, com camas confortáveis e banheiro ótimo. Mas não vale pagar mais caro aqui. Os hotéis 3 estrelas da Disney são igualmente confortáveis. A Magic band não funciona aqui.

    This is an older hotel, with the sort of keycards you still have to slot into the door instead of tap. The room door doesn't seem to easily close so make sure you hear the door click shut!

    You get a service charge at picabu .. Its a self serve cafeteria type place. the only difference is that someone cleans off the table when you leave. Even when you bring up stuff to your room.

    Bluezoo has some really great food and a surprisingly diverse beer selection. Go for happy hour!

    Get a lake view- the higher up the better. Gorgeous view of the lights, fountains, and fireworks.

    While the grounds and the hotel are generally very nice. EVERYTHING is overpriced...even for Disney. Quick service Picabu restaurant is more expensive than take out from Bluezoo - pretty ridiculous.

    For dairy allergy desert go to The Fountain in Dolphin resort and order a shake made with soy milk and sorbet. Tasty.

    Go to the Fresh Mediterranean market across from bluezoo, and grab a 7$ bloody marys ask for Alanna, she is great!!

    Great location to Epcot and Disney Studios, but the bathrooms in the room need to be updated big time. Barely can sit on the toilet and shut the door.

    For college program Disney cast members, this is a nice way to get a rent a car at the Alamo inside of the hotel.

    If going to the parks, we found that later in the day, the wait lines are waaaay shorter. Seems people arrive early and leave by 4pm allowing quicker access to rides.

    I believe the best place for a large group to go is Jelly Rolls on the Disney Boardwalk. A 5 minute walk from the hotel.

    We booked 5 rooms for 3 days.... 17 people... At least one room was not cleaned per day... 1500 rooms are very complicated to deal with

    Tough to say negative things about Disney, but this place sets a new [low] standard. Hidden fees, odors, and a cavernous and confusing layout diminish the experience. We don't love it here.

    Buy a refill cup at the Picabu for $12.99 and get free drink refills (coffee, soda, tea) unlimited at the Picabu or other hotel restaurants.

    Dolphin hotel is always great. Try Shulas steakhouse inside hotel. It's great.

    Take the free shuttle to Downtown Disney and try the Earl of Sandwich. Worth the trip!

    Be sure to order a pizza from Room service at the Dolphin. Best room service pizza I have ever had. Sure didn't taste like room service!

    Were given a noisy room with insane noise all night, couldn’t sleep, asked to move to a different room but no one seemed to care. Didn’t enjoy this hotel at all
