It's totally worth the wait. Get there an hour before sunset and make sure you wait for the city's lights to come into view shortly after sunset. Super magical. NYC at its best.
I think it's the same owner as Corner Grocers on Orchard Street. Similar layout and esoteric grocery selection. Well-stocked and the prices go from reasonable to questionable. Nice neighborhood spot.
This is a really busy Starbucks on the weekends since it is so close to the Tenement Museum. Some of the 'regulars' are highly entertaining. Lots of seats.
Awesome burritos. It's run by a family that takes great care with cooking authentic Mexican. The pico is awesome, has a kick to it (jalapeño).
