Unhelpful and untrained Staff. Not interested in offering options to new customers. Couple of guys here just cannot be bothered doing their job.
I read a lot about this food chain, and it's quite disappointing. Try a Deli instead (eg Bay Cities in Santa Monica).
I've never been to a busier Maccas (I'm not from here). However, the service was prompt, and the food delicious (Latinos cooking must be a reason). Deluxe breakkie is absolute value for money.
Rude service, staff under the pump but what do they expect at such busy location? Coffees are mediocre, but not expensive.
Great location and ok food. But no value for money. Quite expensive in fact.
With Borders gone, place is quite empty. It's okay if you're looking for a place outside the madness of Orchard Rd, just for a drink.
Whoever designed this area had brain malfunction. Access for wheelchairs and prams is almost non existent. Can take 3 times longer to get from A to B
