    Like a retro coffee shop out the East Village the Ear and its eclectic and friendly staff make the cafe feel cozy and welcoming in otherwise gritty downtown Union. Playing cards and board games await!

    Perfect for date night, meeting a friend or getting together with a small group. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly and attentive and the food is delicious. You have to go to Van Gogh's!!

    I love this spot. Great for a cheap date night or just to get out of the house. Great food and environment. Sometimes they have live music. The nutella cake is Delish!

    Great place to hang out. Has a very chill ambience with great music. I always get Spinach Dip, and a Smore's Latte! Delicious!

    Great coffee, yummy food, friendly service and a really chill vibe. You can even make a great meal out of just their soup of the day and a bowl of pasta salad.

    Their "gelato" is just ice cream. But overall, great staff and nice ambience. Great for first dates, or if you just want to eat good food :)

    I just had a cup of cappuccino and it was excellent. And and they have a turkey and apple slice sandwich! Yummy!

    Perfect place to take a date. Enjoy the sounds, environment and delicious food. Bring your own beer and wine. Now, that's a phroogal way of saving and having a great date night.

    Relaxed. Their menu always creative! There is a banana cream pie type of desert that is AMAZING. Been coming here forever and I still love it

    Great place to chill ad unwind, they have crappy old furniture that manages to seem hip. That in itself merits a visit. Try their desserts, very tasty.

    Finally a cafe which is not Starbucks or a feel alike. Live music too on some days. Interesting menu too.

    Cozy, chilax, cafe w/ live music.. Pink Penne was pretty good. Needs more cheese. Focaccia pizza was amazing. Especially w/ the salad. Strawberry Coolada is yum.

    This place has really gone downhill since my last visit. Menu revamp is not so great, they cut my favorite dessert & service was crap. Coffee's still good.

    Go to Van Gogh's Ear Cafe they have this dessert called brown derby, it is soooooo delicious. Plus they play great music.
