A definite must eat when you are in Koh Yao Yai. The freshest of seafoods in Thai spices. Try the blue crab and the shrimp. We had two blue crabs in yellow curry messy but absolutely delicious.
I have been to GT since 2000. The service and attention to detail is impeccable under the Danny Meyer tutelage. I have never been disappointed by the food nor the price points. Definite must.
I love the prawn bostador, and the singgan serani which were excellent. Long beans with beef was ok. Sambal fried rice is good too.
I had the squab entree and the rock flathead main and they were both DIVINE. They make their own butter and chutney which was one of the best I have ever tasted.
