Bring your own snacks. Make sure to try the sailboat exhibit outside. You may have to wait for a boat but the kids love it.
Twilight shows everyday 4-6:30 pm are the best deal in town. Tuesdays are bargain days for concession. Go Tuesday during twilight and you're really winning.
Love their regular drip coffee. They are full of flavor and still have the kick I need in the morning. Their wi-fi is good though sometimes it can be hard to find seating in the morning.
The kids and I loved our burgers here. I had one of the lamb burgers and it was delicious. My son had oysters (mild version) for an appetizer and he loved them.
Great place to visit the only suspension bridge in Durham, go in a hike and have a dip in the water (kids and dogs welcome). Few's Ford access is good for finding both!
Bring a blanket and food for a nice picnic on the big lawn. Also bring balls for the kids!
