Williamsburg's most consistently excellent restaurant. Stick to the specials and order the soup, whatever it is, you won't be sorry.
Anything with kimchi is good here. Also: the popsie burgers, the Peking buns, dan dan noodles. A great post-show destination.
Only open during the day... all their sandwiches are amazing. Especially the Captain's Daughter, Scuttlebutt and Ship's Biscuit.
Value-wise, the best tacos in Williamsburg. Carnitas, carne enchilada, barbacoa. Also the carne enchilada torta is a $6 flavor/gut bomb deal.
The best thing here is the brunch menu which they wisely serve every day, not just weekends. Great chilequilles and a good migas believe it or not (though they don't serve it with flour tortillas).
Hands down the best sushi in Williamsburg. By a mile. But you pay for it. Sit at the sushi bar and let Yoshida-san feed you. Or, after a show at DBA/Glasslands, get the latenight weekend ramen menu.
Fancier tacos, but not *expensive* and definitely great. Plus...booze! Also, they do a good brunch too. Only place I've found in NYC with enfrijoladas.
