Beautiful place to sit in the afternoon and have a drink and a little snack. Great views and people watching.
A late night institution for when you need greasy food in your stomach after one too many stops on a bar crawl.
Not the most picturesque location but good pub good and beer list make this a good place for lunch.
Italian food Mecca- you won’t leave hungry or with much money left in your pocket.
It gets crowded but a nice place to sit outside and have brunch on Sunday before returning back to LA.
Service is a bit odd but they do a tremendous job restoring old Stickley furniture and other items. Cool stuff in the showroom.
Great place to walk when it’s not too hot with cool rocks that is close to LA. There are spots that feel a bit creepy (the brochure doesn’t mention it was the Manson Family ranch), but it’s awesome.
Not the longest trail but nice views over Topanga and a nice wide easy trail to walk with kids. Plenty of parking on the road.
Fantastic sushi in Pasadena (it might be the best in town). Really extensive menu and you can’t go wrong with anything. So fresh and delicious.
Great for take out on a week night. The dumplings of all kinds are delicious as are the thick noodles with chicken.
Good but fairly urban trail looking into the backs of people’s houses (like the one from ET). There may be a homeless camp midway but don’t let that deter you as there are nice views.
If you have a toddler, your ass is getting on that train if you want to or not.
Cozy and intimate Broadway theater with a history of being home to small musicals and plays.
