Machines could do with some updating but considering it's free and there's free water u can't complain

Just paradise - one of the nicest beaches in the world. The sea whilst a little murky is so warm it's untrue

Used to love this place back in the day. Great layout inside the old church with a good balcony - ideal place to watch live football matches on the huge screen
Excellent Indian restaurant. Very good service and choice of traditional dishes - nothing overly exotic or unusual just good quality food
Used to be a Scream pub rammed with students. A little bit more sophisticated now - food worth a try
Spent 3 years here living off spar pizzas! Decent campus but can get depressing at weekends in winter when there's very few people about. Bowland Tower used to be a suicide hotspot.

Excellent biryani. Still think their restaurant in Preston has a superior menu and a better set of chefs. If u like It here I'd try Preston branch too
Rustica Piccante pizza still the biggest and best chain restaurant pizza ever - jizztastic! Service here is slow so skip starters. Check phone apps as regular deals available
Always rammed busy at lunch. If you're busting for a Nandos hit then it's worth walking to the other branch near Queen Square bus terminals - much quieter
Full on greasefest here. Filthy fried chicken but goddamn that filth is the shizzle. Halal meat for those of a religious persuasion. Service ok. Decent value for money. Indoor seating ok

The greatest park in the world. Great for all activities and a welcome escape from the busy city. Don't get ripped off on the horse and cart rides. A lot of the "original" art on offer are reprints
