I was about to say Sunday afternoons are always horribly understaffed, but it looks like that's always the case. Slowest McDonald's ever.
The steak here is terrible. Overcooked, not juicy, very sad and unfortunate. Cover liberally with A1 sauce. Overpriced. The lemonade has NO refills. They will ask if you want more and charge you $$$.
I ordered my food, but asked for a refund after 5 min because the smell of urine... horrible place. WILL NEVER BE BACK!!

Bad service? NO. THERE WAS NO SERVICE. The cook and waitresses were fighting. I complained and ate free.
Beware of the new cook! Water logged burgers that dont even taste like burgers not nearly enough gravey on fries or open face pot roast. And cheese melted on the plate and not the burger!
The place is a dump. Showers are infested with some kind of mold and look like they haven't been remodeled (or cleaned) since the 80's.

After dusk, the service here drops dramatically. Once you pull into the drive-thru, there is NO turning back. I've had to wait in line over an hour at 9PM on a Monday night. Dine-in area is great tho!
This was the worst experience I have had renting a car. They didn't even have the car we reserved. Don't waste your time with this place rent from a company in the airport.

JKIA does not have air conditioning. Dress in layers that you can shed. Retractable roofs are not in the near future, though should be considered.

We used to come here often when we lived in Dublin. The fish n chips used to be gorgeous, but v. disappointed. Hard peas in green juice for mushy peas, more batter than fish & the fish isn't fresh.
