DHR.com: This is a historical place for modern and contemporary works of art in the country. This world-class museum will open again this 2012, after a long reconstruction and expansion last year.

Henriette: Good bread, good soy cappuccinos. Nice place to hang out in summer.

Henriette: Terrashangen! Loads of spices and produce, but the best thing around here are the cafes in the Eerste van de Helststraat. If you've got time to spare, check the shops in the Gerard Doustraat.

Henriette: Former squat with a nice 'n filthy edge. Unpretentious, and sometimes plain insane. Films, workshops, music. Vegan food at De Peper cafe on Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sunday.

Henriette: Organic clothing and food. Lekker sapje & broodje, op fijn miniterras.
