Best of Milwaukee's East Side

KatieFelten: The best place for St Patty's Day, its a tradition.

KatieFelten: I pick up the Oak Leaf Trail on Kenilworth next the UWM building.

KatieFelten: I love the hot room!!

KatieFelten: Beans & Barley is a staple for those of us that live on the east side, not only is it a restaurant that sources most of it’s food locally and organically, its a small grocery.

KatieFelten: I find myself here several times a week, not only for grocery shopping; but I love their pizza, the spinach and feta is my fav. They have a great deli and salad bar as well that I frequent often.

KatieFelten: While this may not be as fun and trendy as some of the other places on the east side it is a necessity, especially when you need to buy some delicious Polish Moon from MKE Brewing at 3pm #nojudging

KatieFelten: The Oriental Theatre - I love the history of the Oriental and the fact that its only about 2 blocks from my house and tonight... Hunger Games.

KatieFelten: Cuz a toy or two keeps us happy.

KatieFelten: I can’t believe that today was the first time I have been to Glorioso’s Italian Market. I went with my girlfriend Emily, and I was so impressed I will definitely be back.
