As a serious taster, I highly recommend the baca assam, which was super tender and richly marinated. Limpeh sliders had good flaky pastry skin over beef fillings which kept crispy even after 30 mins.
Good flavourful pizzas and pasta. Can't go wrong with these choices! Staff were pleasant.
Signature Thai grilled Chicken with glass noodles was quite flavourful. Tasted similar to Viet boat noodles. Combo with drink and side dish is worth it.
The ramen can be cooked as soft, medium or hard. Tasted average, but quite filling. Gyozas were somewhat bland and overfried. Ramen veggie is available for vegans.
Highly recommend the Moussaka, rich cheesy flavour and well minced beef. Yaya’s Specialty (Arni lemonato) was tender and lightly baked with mild lemon taste.
Great place to see reptiles in action! Don't miss the Crocodile Attack show and Snake show. Expect to spend about 3-4 hours if you want to watch the shows!
Just 1.2km walk inwards on a well-maintained tarmac path. 2 scenic spots of the meandering river before you reach the cascading waterfall.
Highly recommend the Appetiser Platter, good for 3-4 people to share. The lamb kubideh and kebab barg was very flavourful, with wild berry powder to add more oomph. Basmati rice is fluffy.
The chicken skewers tasted great, but the pandan chicken was very oily with too much lemon grass flavour.
If you only have enough stomach room for 1 dish, make it the oxtail stew. The meat is so tender that it falls off the bone easily. Gravy is very flavourful. Plenty of collagen, but there's some fat.
Enjoyed the Dew Harvest Bowl with grilled halloumi cheese. A bit overdressed in taste, but good vegetarian choice.
You must love Yuzu flavour to order their yuzu ramen. If not, the tonkatsu ramen is better. For sides, fried chicken is better than the wing gyoza, which was plain.
This place is awesome for authentic Peranakan decor while you dine. Best dishes to order are chicken pongteh (no pork in this place) and fish curry. Best dessert is durian pengat. Forget the chendol.
Beef cheek is very tender, confit duck leg is tastily crispy and hae bee hiam halibut is flavourful. Recommend any of these 3 mains.
This restaurant serves excellent zichar dishes for groups. Reasonably priced and tasty. Fish head curry was a generous portion.
