    Beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of downtown Victoria. Walking distance to pretty much everything.

    Service was fantastic, room was clean and spacious and a great location to walk to everything - if you get breakfast coupons you can use them as $8 credit towards a regular breakfast menu

    Love this hotel, staff is great, rooms are clean, beds ate comfy. Never had an issue staying here....

    Although it's a steak house, I was not impressed by the steaks offerred by the hotel's restaurant. However, the lobster linguini was awesome especially when followed by the delightful creme brulee.

    I come to Victoria every 2 month to Dj at Upstairs Caberet and they get me a room here....always left satisfied...great customer service :)

    Ask for a room where you can't here the shower next door through ur wall. Every word is heard in our room (fortunately it is kids ;)

    Nice & clean but I could hear loud noise from the next door taking shower, it's ridiculously loud. For a hotel like this, it's very disappointing.
