Estias has the best breakfast in the hamptons. I recommend the Breakfast Burrito or breakfast quesadilla.

Inside the fort is a central courtyard. Grab one of the rocking chairs on the porch. If you doze off a little in one on a sunny afternoon, it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.
If you're up for some shopping after a couple bottles of rosé, the Sunglass Hut is open late for sunnies at night
If you're up for a dip there's a pool on the roof you can access as a guest or while drinking at the bar. Bonus points for looking fabulous.
Products in both rooms are the same so just pick the shorter line. One customer/group per employee behind the counter.
Word to the wise, $10 credit card minimum. Bring cash, or probably buy more food than you want.
If you can't get a table outside, sit at the bar (they'll refill your wine quicker and potentially throw in some ua gratis). All the egg dishes are amazing but I love the scrambled on toast.
The Thursday night DJ here is amazing. Order the seafood platter and signature martini, then get your dance on!
