    Great place doing a modern take on Southern classics. Had the fried chicken and waffle, mac & cheese (to die for) and the chicken gravy + biscuits topped with poached eggs. They also play great music.

    Mac n cheese is a must. The hush puppies were delicious. Fried chicken was hot and juicy with a crisp skin. The bacon & cheddar waffle wasn’t too strong, the texture was light with a crisp outside.

    The fried chicken + bacon and cheddar waffles, with their 3 choices of butter, are incredible. Pies N Thighs, you're still my main squeeze. But this place is my chicken on the side.

    Great brunch spot! Short wait with text/app notifications re: spot in line. Accommodated my request for seat w/back support. Vegetarian fried "chicken" and waffles were AWESOME! Service was great too.

    The best chicken and waffle I've ever eaten in NYC so far. The fried chicken is perfectly crispy and the waffle is melting in mouth. Also the salad with bacon is so great.

    If you looking for the best chicken and waffles spot, you must visit this location. In addition if you have Michael as your host, then you get hit with double whammy with excellent customer service

    Get the cornbread, mac & cheese with breadcrumbs, fried chicken & waffles with cheddar and bacon. Try their housemade butters too. You mightn't be able to walk afterwards but it's well worth it.

    A very hip joint and laid back fun atmosphere. The quality and variety of the waffles and the variations of chicken go unmatched. Mix that with great drinks and you can't go wrong.

    Amazing fried chicken and all food spot... came for brunch - had so many food choices, plus great drinks (lemonade with ANY LIQUOR). Mac n Cheese was not as melted cheesy as expected, but still great

    Everything is good here, even the music, my wife and I like coming near closing time, and the vibe was still great there, towards the end they played a banging Marvin Gaye playlist...JUST AMAZING!!!!!

    Oh my GAD! When I die, this is where I wanna go. The butter was so good I took some home. Yes, I took butter home. Chicken and dried cherry waffles and hip hop too - Whaaaat?!?! Go here. Right away.

    Great big portions. The service was also impeccable - even sitting in a community table you get attentive service. Go for brunch. Sample the butters! Chix and waffles for the win!

    Laid back spot. Had chicken and waffles. Enjoyable...but the mac-n-cheese was off the hook!!! Wouldn't make a trip to go back, but check it out if in the neighborhood. (avoid the Tiger Woods cocktail)

    I had an amazing time here for the first time with a friend! I've always wanted to go and was not let down by the menu selection service or liquor! Soundtrack was awesome and my experience was GREAT!

    One of the best chicken and waffles I've ever had in NYC! I'd say it almost as good as brown sugar in Oakland!? The chicken is crispy yet tender and juicy, the waffle is a soft waffle. Enjoy!

    Chicken & waffles are delicious! The Christopher Wallace cocktail knocked me out, very nice but strong. Try not to go between 4pm-6pm: the 'in between' menu doesn't have as many options as the rest.

    Weekday brunch M-F 11am-4pm, free beer or soda w/ chicken & waffle or sandwich order. I got the chicken sandwich w/ slaw on it and a heap of arugula salad and Arnold Palmer soda $12. Good deal.

    Waffles are delicious! Really good quality food overall. Worth the wait because they jot down your number and call you when there's a table. Just hit up the dive bar next door while you wait

    #FabuLIST #DubiDO duck slides to start and of course the chicken and bacon/cheddar waffles. Also comes with an amazing syrup and 3 butters. Yum!! Great music and vibe but expect a loud atmosphere.

    I had the ricotta pancakes with fresh fruits and macadamia butter !!!!!! It was delicious !! The staff was great ! Space was cute !! Easy to locate !

    Came at 4pm on Saturday. Got a table for 4. No crowd. Only served Chicken and Waffles at that time. Waffles: Fluffy and Crispy. Chicken: Moist and flavored crunchy crust. A MUST ON A BEAUTIFUL DAY!!

    Amazing food and service. Best kale salad I've ever had! If you want to stray from the yummy chicken & waffles, try the Arctic char or the pork tenderloin. I love the "Purple Drank" cocktail!

    had breakfast here as well as Chicken nd Waffles. totally convinced me that sweet and spicy stuff goes along very well! The interior is super cosy and the homemade icetea is really good!!

    Spread love it's the Brooklyn way! Delicious chicken and waffles, relaxed/fun atmosphere. Great for brunch! *** Vegetarian Fried Chicken available as a substitution and is shockingly delicious.

    The Sweet Chick fried chicken and waffles was outstanding. Good portion size. Get some starters for the table. Also, the Tiger Tiger Woods Y’all (cocktail) was delicious

    The shrimp & cheese grits are out of this world! My taste buds dances from the first to the last bite. The presentation was wonderful! Food should always taste like a flavor explosion!!!

    Unique menu, my favourite meal in new york. Perfect waffles, crunchy fried chicken and loads of other brunch options. Must visit! Try the dried cherry waffle.

    I got the bacon and cheddar chicken and waffles... It was EVERYTHING! I had to get it to go because I was in a rush don't food was like warm by time I ate it. But it was still sooooooo good!

    Amazing! My friend told our waiter I thought he was cute didn't know he did that until after we left but the food is amazing especially the vegetarian chicken.

    Fried chicken and waffles are incredible. You can order all-white meat. Mac n cheese is slamming. Staff is good. No reservations and probably a wait, but they text you!

    Absolutely in love with this place! Great fried chicken & waffles, but my favorite are the duck sloppy joe sliders! Small bar but really solid drinks, especially the chocolate old fashioned.

    Chicken and waffles (of the bacon and cheddar variety) are amazing. Pulled pork sliders are also delicious. In fact, I've never had anything here that WASN'T delicious.

    House brine pork chops with green peppercorns and young cauliflower. Moist and melts in your mouth. Skip the donut ice cream sandwich. Interesting flavor combo, in a bad way. No hot coffee? Strange.

    Took some time for food to get there. Love the shoe string fries with the pulled pork sandwich. Plus, any chicken&waffle or sandwich comes with free beer! Charged 20% tip, warn you!

    Alternate between chicken & waffles (comes with three different butters) and shrimp & grits. Wash it down with peach iced tea (vodka). And get a cookie.

    Best time to come on the weekend is from 4 to 6. You miss the brunch crowd and get in before the dinner rush. Oh and try to save room for dessert!
