idlebergสิงหาคม 28, 2011Contrary to what Ryan Air claims, bus tickets are cheaper at the airport. When headed for Liverpool Street, you can also travel on the Terravision coach.
It is better than Luton Airport, some cafes and shopping available in the airport.
1 hour of free WiFi avaliable. And if you need to charge your phone/laptop/netbook/etc there are sockets and charging points throughout all the airside.
It is a mall where some planes land and depart

If you're going from gates 1-19, get on at the end of the transit train, not the front. It will save you time when you get off at the station.

When going through security don't for the love of God get stuck behind a group of Spanish school kids :)

Internet works great near burger king and leon plus there are less people here :)
Since the refurbrishment started, the whole airport is dark, overcrowded and has lack of seats. Hope it ends soon.
Be warned! The transit is one way. If you get to the wrong one the only way back is by official rescue vehicle... If your not sure of your gate then use the lounge by gate 74!

Good No. 1 Traveller Lounge but be careful as enormous challenge if your plane's gate isn't in that part of the airport
Nathalie De Clercqกันยายน 21, 2013Easyjet and some other low cost airlines are allowed to 'push off early'... Up to fifteen minutes BEFORE the official take off time. Ridiculous. Get there early.- There are two No 1 lounges at Stansted. One by gate 74 which is a good 15 min walk from the main terminal and one at satellite 1 for gates 11 through 19. The second is much nicer.

Don knock Stansted. Travel weekly from here and compared to Heathrow it is easily the best London airport. Although if anyone works in border control can you sort that out as it manned by numskulls
