The silk route tasting menu is the best! Make sure you get the salmon curry and the peas and cheese. Everything here is delicious.
There's always a line up at this place. Get here at 4:45 so you get the first seating. The hamachi kama is delicious if they have it! And ikura nigiri with quail egg!
Great pour over, nice open concept space with high ceilings, and the staff is very friendly!

Everything is local and has great flavors, the whiskey cocktails are delicious, so are the foraged mushrooms on rye.
