One of the best all inclusive resorts I've ever stayed. Can't wait to go back. Food, drinks and service was excellent! The beach front rooms are so spacious!

If your in the junior ocean suite & they are planning to offer you a upgrade to the honeymoon suite for nominal price take the upgrade, the sunset is beautiful :D overall gr8 resort, gr8 ppl

El hotel es muy bonito, en la comida, lo mejor son las cenas, el restaurante italiano me pareció de lo mejor y no necesitas reservar como en otros hoteles de all inclusive, totalmente recomendable

Las habitaciones son cómodas y acogedoras. La vista es extraordinaria, de un lado el Mar Caribe y del otro la laguna de Nichupté. Todos son muy amables y eficientes

Simplemente una fantástica experiencia con mi esposa, excelente comida, muy buena atención por parte del staff, habitaciones perfectas....increíble experiencia, 100% recomendado

Nice adults only resort. They market themselves as premium but liquor is far from it. Great and friendly service. Avoid their annoying VIP services. Best restaurant is Market Cafe; avoid Dragons.

Views from preferred club levels, not far from the night clubs excellent staff...say NO to VIP presentation unless prepared to spend thousands being a member!

The dinner at the Dragons Oriental was awesome, too bad I discovered at the end of my trip. Great option for couples.

He estado en mucho hoteles y por lo general no los repito, pero es segunda vez que estoy acá y seguiré eligiéndolo!!! Excelente servicio. Tomen las habitaciones Preferred, mejor vista y beneficios.

There's not enough space to write on here, but this place was amazing. The staff was very polite and courteous and the quality of everything was superb. Just know they may pitch the vacation club.

One of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in anywhere in the world. Incredible food, great drinks and wonderfull staff! No doubt... Definitely recommendable!

All Inclusive en Cancun, de lo mejorcito en Cancún sin desembolsar gran cantidad de dinero. El restaurante italiano y comida meditarreana de lo mejor. Se pueden saltar el asiático y el de cortes.

Love the Preferred benefits and the view from the balcony is worth the extra expense. The upper pool is also a nice touch with the preferred benefit.

Nuevo,moderno y muy cómodo. El servicio supera expectativas, el único pero es que no hay reservaciones en los restaurantes y en los de alta demanda hay lista de espera hasta de 2 horas. Recomendable.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y con buena iluminación. Lo malo empieza con el servicio, te tardan en atender para todo, sin contar sus código de vestimenta de usar pantalón y mangas largas. Es playa...

Excelentes habitaciones, pero el trato de los empleados hacia visitantes mexicanos es pésimo: en la playa no nos querían dar popotes para nuestras bebidas cuando a los gringos hasta en el vaso.

El lugar es maravilloso, el personal es muy amable en todo el hotel, las instalaciones son hermosas. ¿Lo recomiendo? Por supuesto, no se arrepentirán.

Excelentes Instalaciones... Pero no vale la pena escoger servicio Premiere, por una alberca privada si lo que quieres es más diversión.
