"Get the ground grass fed beef from Cold Spring Farm of Berryville, VA if you can. I can't remember eating a tastier burger. Also, its nice knowing all the beef in a burger came from the same animal."

"The farmstead loop trail circles down to Piney Run amoung 300 year old hardwoods. An easy hike if you have good hiking shoes."

"Leave from Boone Fork Parking lot between mile marker 299 and 300 off of Blue Ridge Parkway. At least 2 routes to summit from here."
