Concierge charlie very friendly and helpfull, José also! The restaurant staff not so friendly or kind.. Seems that they really dont want to be there, not prepared for the service..

Ann Tธันวาคม 23, 2014Only good part was the staff was very friendly. Otherwise not impressed. If u eat, expect a fee added in for bad service. Overpriced, small room and the pool area was a joke. Watch for diving birds.
