Concierge charlie very friendly and helpfull, José also! The restaurant staff not so friendly or kind.. Seems that they really dont want to be there, not prepared for the service..

Ashley Barbeauมิถุนายน 18, 2013There is no parking provided by the hotel, they discontinued their valet service temporarily according to the concierge (both Blair and Nury are wonderfully helpful)- Come say hello when you arrive at RED south beach! Towels are at the front desk.
